The Cable and Wireless network utilised by e-business plus (hereinafter ebp) may only be used for lawful purposes by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that ebp is unable to exercise control over the content of the information passing over the ebp connection and ebp shall not be liable for any posting, transmission or reception of information which infringes any UK law or regulation or which infringes any third party rights. Such posting, transmission or reception is strictly prohibited. The Customer is responsible for maintaining its own pages. E-business plus cannot guarantee the availability of the service and reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time.

E business plus accept no responsibility for backing up users data. Users should ensure they keep a backup of their own files.

The next generation of broadband connection speeds are now upon us. With them come new possibilities and applications which will see the online world continue to become an even greater part of everyday life. Many of the new potential applications, such as Video-on-Demand give rise to new challenges if these services are to be delivered reliably and to the kind of high standards our customers will expect, we will need to deploy network traffic management technology to enable us to see client usage this will play a major part in our ability to meet these demands. There will of course be financial implications and ebp reserve the right regarding offering these services as part of our current hosting agreements. Due to the ever increasing spam email situation we will also with effect from September 2006 levy a charge for our e-mail services.
